The Ranko SEO trial is designed to give customers an opportunity to experience the service before entering the annual subscription cycle. The steps below explain the billing sequence.
Start Trial
The customer purchases the SEO trial for $2.99.
Seven Days
The customer can use the trial and may cancel during the trial period without owing the subsequent annual subscription.
Reminder
Ranko sends an email approximately 2 days before the annual subscription charge.
Annual Renewal
If the subscription has not been cancelled, $999 is automatically charged for the next annual SEO period.
Subscription Structure
Ranko Services Limited offers SEO services through subscription plans. Depending on the plan selected, customers may purchase monthly, multi-month or annual SEO services.
The specific price and billing frequency applicable to your purchase are displayed at the time of checkout.

Prices and available plans may change for future purchases. The price applicable to an existing subscription is determined by the customer's applicable order and subscription terms.

Where the $2.99 SEO trial is offered, the trial provides access to Ranko's applicable trial service for a period of seven days.
The trial is paid and is not refundable.
Cancelling during the trial
Customers may cancel the subscription during the seven-day trial period. If cancelled during the trial, the customer will not owe the subsequent $999 annual subscription charge.
Annual Recurring Charge
Unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the applicable trial period, the customer authorises Ranko's payment system to charge the payment method associated with the subscription.
For the applicable SEO trial described on this page, the annual recurring charge is $999.

How to Cancel
Customers can request cancellation through any of the following Ranko support channels:
Cancel before the renewal charge.
To prevent an upcoming automatic renewal, customers should submit their cancellation request before the applicable renewal date. Ranko may require reasonable information to identify the subscription and verify the request.
What Happens After Renewal
When the annual subscription renews successfully, the customer's SEO service continues for the next annual subscription period subject to the applicable service terms.
SEO work is delivered as an ongoing service. Campaign activity may continue from the renewal period without requiring the customer to place a new manual order.
Customers may contact their dedicated manager to discuss campaign requirements, website changes or service-related questions.
Failed or Declined Payments
If an automatic renewal payment fails, is declined or cannot be processed, Ranko's billing system may automatically attempt to process the payment again.
Additional attempts may depend on the payment provider, the reason for failure and the payment system being used.
Automatic Retry
Our system may retry a failed payment.
Update Payment Method
Customers may need to update or replace the payment method with the payment provider.
Continued access to services may be affected if an applicable payment remains unpaid, subject to the customer's service agreement and circumstances of the payment failure.
Recurring Charges & Refunds
The $2.99 trial payment is non-refundable.
Once the $999 annual subscription renewal has been successfully charged, that renewal payment is non-refundable.
Ranko does not provide partial refunds for unused time within an active annual subscription unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Ranko in writing.
Cancellation stops future billing.
Cancelling a subscription does not reverse a payment that has already been successfully processed. Customers should therefore submit cancellation requests before the renewal charge.

SEO Service & Billing Are Connected
SEO work begins once the necessary customer information, website access and required platform access have been provided.
Where applicable, Ranko may begin campaign work from the first day of the service period after required access has been received.
Customers may pause their SEO campaign and resume it later in accordance with the applicable service terms. Any pause arrangement should be communicated to the customer's dedicated manager.
Transferring a Subscription
A customer may request to transfer an SEO package to another website.
The customer should inform their dedicated manager before making the transfer. Ranko will stop the campaign for the existing website and place the applicable campaign time on hold while the transfer is arranged.
The remaining service days continue to count within the applicable subscription period according to the agreed transfer arrangement.
