This policy explains the circumstances in which customers may cancel a service, how the $2.99 trial operates, and what happens when an annual subscription payment is processed.
By purchasing a Ranko service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review this policy before completing your purchase.
From trial
to subscription.
The following timeline explains what happens from the moment the SEO trial is purchased through the annual subscription billing stage.
Start Trial
The customer purchases the SEO trial for $2.99 and provides the information required to begin the service.
SEO Begins
Once the necessary website access has been provided, the SEO campaign begins immediately.
Cancellation Window
The customer may cancel during the seven-day trial. No annual subscription charge will be owed if cancellation is completed during this period.
Annual Billing
If the customer does not cancel during the trial, the applicable $999 annual subscription charge is processed automatically after seven days.
Cancellation During the Trial
Customers may cancel their SEO trial at any time during the seven-day trial period.
If the customer cancels during the trial period, the customer will not owe the $999 annual subscription charge.
The annual billing will not proceed, and Ranko will stop the trial campaign in accordance with the cancellation request.
The $2.99 Trial Payment
The $2.99 payment is the fee for the seven-day SEO trial and is non-refundable.
Cancellation of the trial prevents the subsequent annual subscription charge but does not create a refund entitlement for the original $2.99 trial payment.
$2.99 Trial Fee
The trial fee is charged for access to the seven-day trial service and is not refundable after purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Where a refund request is otherwise eligible under this policy or applicable law, customers should contact Ranko Services within the applicable refund period.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven days where a refund right applies.
The $2.99 seven-day trial payment is not refundable.
Ranko does not provide partial refunds for partially used service periods.
Once the applicable $999 annual charge has been processed, it is not refundable.
After the $999 Annual Charge
If the customer does not cancel during the seven-day trial, the $999 annual subscription charge will be processed automatically.
Once the annual charge has been successfully processed, the payment is non-refundable.
Customers may still request cancellation of future renewal before the next annual billing date.
Cancelling after an annual payment has already been processed prevents future renewal where applicable, but does not create a refund for the already processed annual payment.
Future Annual Renewals
After the initial annual subscription payment, the subscription is intended to renew annually unless the customer requests cancellation before the next renewal.
Customers may ask Ranko Services to stop future renewal through their dedicated support manager, Ranko live chat, email or official WhatsApp support.
Ranko aims to provide advance notification of upcoming recurring charges in accordance with its Subscription & Recurring Billing Policy.

Customers should retain the confirmation or written communication received from Ranko Services regarding their cancellation.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring subscription payment fails or is declined, Ranko's billing system may automatically attempt to process the payment again.
Customers should ensure that their payment method remains valid and capable of processing the applicable subscription charge.
Continued failure to receive payment may result in the suspension or interruption of the applicable service.
Legal Rights & Exceptions
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with a mandatory cancellation, refund or other statutory right, that right will continue to apply.
Ranko Services may review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, but any discretionary refund or credit is not intended to create a continuing entitlement.

Ranko Services Limited may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment processes, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
